Are you saying you have no way to access the internet? Or are you saying it isn't connected to a computer network and it is just a stand-alone device? If you mean a computer network, then yes, that is actually the assumption with our consumer product line - it is not meant for a network of systems - just for your individual one. But if you are saying you have no access to the internet, that will be an issue as you do need to connect to the internet to download it and also to receive updates over time. You don't need to remain connected to the internet, but you at least need to be able to access it occasionally. If you have internet access, but the computer has an issue that isn't allowing it to connect, we may be able to help with that.
