I was referring to a an 2 yr. extended warranty the covers damage due to breakage,, failure to perform, battery. screen failure, etc. We have no proof that we purchased this contact (DONT HAVE A COPY OF THAT CONTACT, Please provide a copy of that contact or link to download. That guarantee states that we will refund your money for any reason within the first 30 days of purchasing the product. To ask for a refund, contact our support team at service.mcafee.com or 866-622-3911 with proof of purchase and they will send you a refund. We also offer Identity Theft Protection to help keep your identity from being stolen which has carries theft insurance with it, but that isn't offered with McAfee Total Protection 1 Device. You would need to purchase either McAfee Total Protection 5 Device or 10 Device and you would need to enroll in auto-renew. But I don't think that is what you are referring to.
