Yes, the program will scan and remove all malware after installation and subscription. It was stated after the installation is completed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! It is easier to block a virus from infecting you than it is to clean a virus that is already infecting your system, but we do both. If, for some reason, our software is not able to remove it, we do have a virus removal service. We charge for that service, but if you are signed up for auto-renewal, it is a benefit so no charge. If you need that, I recommend signing up for auto-renew and then contacting our service department. You can turn it back off if you wish at any time. To turn it on/off, go to Settings and then Auto-Renew Settings and change the setting to what you need. You will need to enter your credit card, but we don't charge you until your subscription is about to expire and we warn you before you are charged. To contact support, go to service.mcafee.com or 866-622-3911 at any time and they can perform a virus clean or refund the purchase price. Please let me know if I can help with anything further.
