- Answer I bought my McAfee at best buy. They had 2 left in box form. From what I can find out All virus protection products are being sold digital, no more in hand products. The digital ones are not guaranteed. I paid $20.00 dollars for mine in July 2024. I would go into the computer store you trust have them install the prtection for you and remove virus, this way you are guaranteed protection now and in future. Prices vary from store to store.

- Answer Hello, I don't know who first answered your question about McAfee...BUT...I COMPLETELY DISAGREE. Since 2006, I have used McAfee Total Protection to guard all my computers at home & at my business office. They offer several packages. But I prefer their "Total Protection" package & it can be used to protect 5 different devices. If you search the internet, it can be found for $99.99USD to 110.00USD. I think the 2 year coverage is the best value. You can also buy it at BEST BUY. I assure you McAfee Total Protection is excellent at protecting your computer & other devices. It has saved my home & business computers from viruses, malware, trojans, etc. on MANY occasions. Believe me, McAfee Total Protection has paid for itself a million times over. Since I began using McAfee in 2006, I have NEVER had a virus, etc, corrupt ANY of my computers. Lastly, it is VERY EASY to use. Best regards, Ben

- Answer Depends on the device. It usually will overwrite the current version, but it would be better to uninstall the version you want to remove to make the new version run without any hiccups. Still might have some, but usually not.
