Yes. As long as you have a phone case with a magnetic ring attached it should stick just fine. The Bluetooth will definately work with an Iphone 13 mini.

yes, the controller is bluetooth and detatchable from the base. the base sticks to the magsafe magnets in the back of your iPhone, iPhone 12 and up have Magsafe. It also has an adhesive metal ring in case you have an android without a magsafe enabled case, or your case is not magsafe compatible.
