- Answer there is some assembly that is required and it does not come with a seat belt. Yes you can push this outdoors for short distances.

- Answer That's a great question. This wheelchair does not come with a pad. This chair ships partially assembled, and the leg rests are not attached, so you would be able to leave them off if you choose.

- Answer That's a great question. These arm rests are fully removable but it is not recommended that they be reversed. You may be interested in a wheelchair with "full-length arms" rather than "desk-length arms." I hope this is helpful!
