Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are many possible causes for a headset not reconnecting. One possible explanation is that the headset is trying to connect to another local Bluetooth device. We would recommend that you reset the transmitter by pressing and holding the "Mode" button for 5 seconds, then pair the headphones afresh as follows: 1) Put the headphones into pairing mode 2) Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the transmitter until the headphone light blinks red and blue. 3) Wait for the headphones to pair & connect, then repeat for the second set.
