Do the headphones need to be charged, and if so how?? null

USB charging cord is provided. Plugs into standard 110 volt receptacle.

The headphones do need to be charged; there is a USB charging cable included that can be plugged into the USB port on your TV, or into any computer or USB wall adapter (such as the one you probably use to charge your phone).
