Can others hear the tv while I use the headphones? null

Yes if the volume is on they willl stillnhear it

no they are quiet if they arent on your head

Yes I realized that while using headset the TV can still be heard. It was not like that at first but I believe something in the TV audio setting I changed made it possible. I don't mind it cuz I can just turn down the TV.

They can hear if you have the volume on the tv but if you mute the sound only you can hear the tv.
