• This model does not have bluetooth. There's a $29 Memorex model that does have bluetooth.

• There are two versions of this product - one with Bluetooth connectivity and one without. I have the one without so I can't answer, however, the volume control does work with the included ear-buds.

• I used this with speakers where I controlled the volume. It was the volume on this that determined how loud the music sounded.
