“I am looking for a portable CD player with USB cord that I can play in my 2020 Nissan Altima. My car did not come with CD player. Looking for one that doesn’t skip. Thanks”

This Memorex portable CD player hasn’t skipped yet. My new 2020 Honda Insight did not come with a line-in port unfortunately, so I experimented until I arrived at this discman in conjunction with the Aluratek Bluetooth universal audio transmitter (which plugs into the headphone port of discman). It took a couple of tries but the car now finds the Bluetooth connection. This worked better for me than a different brand discman with built-in Bluetooth. The USB port only charges the Memorex discman- no audio input- only from compatible mobile devices.

Unless you want to research the right adapter and a cord which cost more than the cd player - do not buy this to play cd's in your car
