Hi Cheri, great question! With the Portal Go, we expect up to five hours of one-on-one Messenger calling on a single charge or up to 14 hours of music playback with the screen off. The length of a single battery charge for Portal Go will also vary based on the combination of apps used, whether the screen is left on, and other factors.

typically 12 off the charger with no streaming, about 4-6 if your active on it

I have yet to run my battery completely down and we use it heavily.
