No, Zoom is not available for the Portal but you can use it to watch Facebook Live videos.

I’ve inquired about this and have been told Zoom integration is only available with Facebook Workplace, which is their commercial product for team collaboration. I was told it isn’t available on Portal and it is not currently on any release roadmap.
