“I bought in March 2022, one of the controllers is not working. I changed the battery and it does not come on. I also bought odious rechargeable batteries, charged it and it still does not come on. How do I access or use the warranty?”

• I'm having the same issue. The right controller stopped working out of the blue. I purchased in December 2021. I changed batteries but nothing happens.
