“I noticed on the box it say’s Facebook account required but this is for my 9 year old son who doesn’t have a FB account. Is there a way to play it without having the account. I was hoping just to buy him a few games for it but I don’t want him on FB.”

• Im pretty sure you have to have a FB account but consider setting up an account under your name and you can control the settings and his access to protect him online. They definitely have those measures in place.

• After New Years day of this year, Facebook is optional, all you need is a meta account which only needs a email account. Since your headset still has the oculus name on it, it would say that.
