“What does renewed mean? Do these units have the exact same programming/features/capabilities as a new version? Do they have new batteries, etc. Thanks!”

• Ordered Wednesday, received Thursday. So we discovered that ‘renewed’ means a large crack down the middle and across the bottom of the screen. UNACCEPTABLE.

• Renewed means it was used before, but was cleaned, fixed, and tested to make it like new. Renewed products may have light scratches and/or profile info still on the device.

• I was very disappointed to find out it was refurbished for the price. I surely would not have thought renewed meant refurbished.
