• They have all been cracking. FB will replace but it takes forever...literally waiting over two months for mine to be replaced.

• Better off just getting it replaced by Oculus. They are very good about this and this strap has a reputation for breaking by where it connects to the headset so they are used to replacing them.

• Oculus extended the warranty on these. So depending when you bought it, get a full replacement through best buy or through oculus.
