What is the battery rating? null

I am not sure but this battery pack in addition to the already Quest 2 internal pack extended the game time to 6 hours, which is great taking in account everything that goes into VR gaming

I would say poor since after 5 times playing with it, it doesn't charge to 100% Reached 72% max and loses charge when completely turned off after about 10 hours while in the storage case.
