• I use mine with it but only to charge the remotes. You can't use the dock to charge the headset with the battery pack plugged in. I still place the headset on the dock (but farther back) and just plug the elite strap in to charge them both together

• Hi Kelly! The battery pack will not affect the headset using the Anker Charging Dock, however, the Anker Charging Dock will not charge the Elite Strap.
