Short answer Yes it does.
Long answer due to the weight of the extended battery pack you’ll want something to level it otherwise it won’t sit where it needs to in order for the headset or battery pack to charge.

Yes, the extended battery plugs into the headset and the charger charges them both via the contacts on the bottom of the quest.

There’s a small flaw there’s not enough weight in the actual headset to keep it for it on the charger so you have to add a book or a small box under the back of it to keep it on the charger I have the special extended and this is what we do but it’s awesome having the charger it works great besides that small flaw
