QuestionHey I purchased this bundle and set up a new headset for my son. I even activated the free 3 month trial of the games but for some reason I still haven’t received the walking dead saints and sinners. It keeps trying to make me purchase it. HELP!

- Answer What is the correct email or page to contact because once I try to get tech support from the store it keeps telling me to check the rewards and promotions. There’s nothing there to redeem and after set up it didn’t prompt me to retrieve the game code for the walking dead either. When I contact the Meta and enter in the Serial # it tells me that they can’t help me because I purchased it through best buy

- Answer Hi Joseph, A Facebook account is not required to set up a Meta Quest 3. You can simply use an email address to create a Meta account to use the headset. - Answer Hello Lynette, The Meta Quest 3S doesn’t offer expandable storage, so you won’t be able to add space with an SD card or external hard drive. The storage you choose at purchase is the amount you’ll have for your games and apps. That said, you won’t lose anything you’ve bought. If you ever run out of room, you can simply uninstall titles you’re not currently playing to free up space. All of your purchases stay safely in your library, ready to be re-downloaded whenever you want to jump back in. We hope this answers your question!

- Answer Hey! The package comes with all you need to play. The only extra thing you need is a phone/tablet because you have to download an app to link to the meta quest. Once that’s done in the app you have the option to cast what’s showing on the meta quest to the tv.
