QuestionHey I purchased this bundle and set up a new headset for my son. I even activated the free 3 month trial of the games but for some reason I still haven’t received the walking dead saints and sinners. It keeps trying to make me purchase it. HELP!

- Answer What is the correct email or page to contact because once I try to get tech support from the store it keeps telling me to check the rewards and promotions. There’s nothing there to redeem and after set up it didn’t prompt me to retrieve the game code for the walking dead either. When I contact the Meta and enter in the Serial # it tells me that they can’t help me because I purchased it through best buy

- Answer Hi Joseph, A Facebook account is not required to set up a Meta Quest 3. You can simply use an email address to create a Meta account to use the headset.
