There are two ways you could do this. The first would be to send display output directly from your computer that you are linked to to the TV. The other option is to cast to a chromecast attached to the tv.

You can cast the quest 2 to a TV with a chromecast or other streaming device, or if you are going to use this cable to make your headset a pcvr headset you can plug your pc into your TV and whatever you play will show up like a monitor
