Yes, the lenses have a scroll wheel to adjust distance from the eyes. But beware rubbing on the lenses or you can permanently scratch them. Better solution is to buy Rx lenses from VR Optician.

Yes you can! me personally I wear glasses and since you able to adjust the lenses to your licking and the cushion where your eyes will be is comfy it doesn’t hurt my eyes or hard for me to see without my glasses. I’ve try it with my glasses and it comfy definitely doesn’t bother me like it did with my mega quest 2 or feel like is about to break but everyone have there preferences and everyone will feel it differently.
