QuestionLet's say I have money to burn, can this be used for individual VR gaming even though it's intended for business? Like, will it do all the same things that the Quest 2 does but more?

- Answer Yes. The graphics are better and the controllers are more accurate for gaming….with the same titles as the Quest 2. On PC based VR the difference is staggeringly better.

- Answer There is a full face gasket that's an option, but it's not available until December. You don't need it though. Everything is in the box to get started. If you want to play PC VR games you might want to get a USB c link cable. Lots of information on link cable and optional face gasket on YouTube.

- Answer No, like the Quest 2 you do not need a computer to run it, but if you own one you get some added benefits. Running more power-hungry applications or installing apps that wouldn't be installable from the quest store. You would also lose out on some features from apps that can only be used on the computer. this device is not for gaming and more for work.

- Answer I believe its the same as quest 2 or not much better than quest 2, BUT that's ok! because the resolution is only part of what makes the screens have great visuals. the other part is the pixel density. The meta quest pro has advanced VR LCD display technology that provides 37% greater pixels per inch. And 1.3x larger color gamut that provides more vibrant colors to deliver a more engaging VR experience. so you will have better screens with an easier time reading text or seeing more detail than on quest 2, but not a major leap in resolution.

- Answer Not likely, for $1500, you can get a Valve Index & a good graphics card to run it. Unless you really need the AR capabilities, I don't really see a compelling reason. For most people's cases, just get the Quest 2. You'll be much happier having the extra cash, though I suppose we'll wait and see how good it will actually be.

- Answer Yes. However they are only side light blockers. Below and certain parts of the top still bleed light. If you want to go fully immersive for VR gaming you will want to buy a third party blocker.

QuestionThe Meta Quest 3 better than the Meta Quest Pro?

- Answer The CPU in the 3 is better than the pro and the 3 has a depth sensor which they took out of the pro before it was manufactured. The pro has eye tracking and auto dimming micro displays which the 3 does not have so it will have better blacks then the 3. The 3 has better passthrough cameras for augmented reality games. The pro has better remotes which have built in cameras for tracking rather than IR lights. The 3 has 2 downward facing cameras that can track your body movements almost giving a full body tracking function. The 3 with its better cpu will have better graphics on stand alone games. If your using it more for PCVR that will not matter and the pro will be a bit better then the 3. The battery on the pro will be easier to replace than the 3 with it being located on the back of the head strap. The pro head strap is better than the 3 but the design might hurt your head unless you upgrade the front and rear head pads which is the equivalent but cost less then getting a elite head strap for the 3.

QuestionI had to buy prescription lenses for the Quest 2 because I have one weak eye. Can I adjust the magnification on lenses individually? I need a plus 2 on my right eye! If you can’t then the Quest should come with accessory lens kit!

- Answer You’ll need to buy Rx lenses if you need them. They are a different size on the Pro. No way Meta can provide lens kits for everyone with diff prescriptions.
