Hey there We are unsure what you were told in-store but the process is as follows: Perform your demo, Whilst in-store tell the agent you want Rx lenses. The agent will then give you a QR code which will allow you to order your Meta Ray-Ban Display through an online portal. In this online portal you can submit your Rx prescription to us and we will review your eyewear needs to ensure we can manufacture your lenses with this product. Once we see all is correct we will begin manufacturing your order. We hope this adds some clarity to your situation.
