Hi there, Great question! As we want to ensure all of our customers have the opportunity to test the Meta Ray-Ban Display and Neural Band, a demo is required before purchase. This also allows us to show you how to correctly use the Neural Band as well as making sure you have the right size. We hope this helps to provide some clarity!
