- Answer My demo in DC from early December never came through for purchase. So I did a new one in Houston and I was able to order two days later. I suggest doing another one. Just use a new email.

QuestionI did the demo in December and was told I was going on a list but here we are in February and I have no idea where we are with this. Is there a way to check your status or has anyone actually received an offer to purchase in the last couple months?

- Answer Same happened to me in DC. They couldn’t look up my status. So I was in Houston for work and did a demo there. I got the “purchase now” email two days later. Go do a new demo. I still haven’t seen one from my DC demo.

- Answer Hey there, If you're looking to return the glasses through Meta Support you have a 30 day remorse return period but also you would have a 1 year warranty period you can return them with! We hope this helped and have an amazing day!
