Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably don't want to go prefab with a w7. I'm running a 12w6v2 and it's a perfect match.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Why would you buy a 1400.00 subwoofer, and but it in a 50.00 box???????????
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Why would you buy a $1400 subwoofer in the first place?? Yes, W7s are great, but they in no way justify the price tag. A Kicker Solo X 12 will absolutely destroy the W7 in SPL, and Infinity Kappa subs, Focal and Sony ES series meet or exceed the W7 in SQ. There's nothing the W7 has going for it (aside from it's legendary name) that justifies that $$$. But to your question: Yes, the box will handle the W7 just fine. But why not go custom? You need to precisely match the airspace for a W7 (they're not very lenient). Wrong box size and it'll sound like a $50 Walmart sub. Again, custom build, or go to your local car audio shop.
