Was weary about buying a prefabricated box, as I used to create my own enclosures in the past. Now, with a lack of carpentry tools, I bought this for 60 dollars. A great buy. I put a JL Audio W6v2 12" sub in it, powered with 600 watts RMS. Box is 1.3 cubic feet (W6s I hear do well with small space) and is tuned to 38hz. I wish the tuning was a bit around 32hz for lower bass, but wow does this perform leaps and bounds over my 1.25 cubic foot sealed box. Very happy with the quality and output. I had no expectations, but Im so glad I bought this for only 60 dollars. Well done. Also, my setup is messy. Just installed everything and now to make her look nice.

Great quality mdf carpeted sturdy and best of all very load bass you really feel it hit when it does

It's a little on the large size for my car and after everything was said and done I thought maybe I shouldn't have installed the speaker in a ported box, but I decided to keep it that way and it definitely does the job.

Not for heavy duty subs. Works good for beginners set up.

I put a sundown sa 12 classic in mine it calls for 35hz and according to the dats i m at a 34. 65hz in this enclosure. Yes it s a prefab but it s perfect for the sub. There s no need to build a custom enclosure with a result like that.

I purchased this enclosure so that I could use a spare driver left over from an upgrade from my home theater system. My plan was to use this to fill in the lower range missing from my bookshelf speakers in my exercise room sound system. I set this up with a spare 5.1 channel receiver in at 2.1 configuration to drive the subwoofer. This proved to work very well, sounds great with a smooth response down to 25 hertz.

This Is A Nice Subwoofer Box. I Has One Small Spot Where The Carpet Is Missing But No Big Deal. I Installed My Subwoofer In The Next Day I Received It And It Sounds Great. Good Bass.

For the price its not terrible, and being able to see it in the store before purchase has its advantages-but as with all enclosures READ YOUR SPECS. It has 1.3cu volume, and also you will notice the outer panels protrude pretty close to the circular opening, so some subs may not fit perfectly for example a Rockford Fosgate 12" P3 will fit but you cant install the round trim ring. This box is designed for people that dont want to take up too much room, so if you install a Rockford P3 or JL audio W3 it will significantly compromise performance. But it is sturdy, readily available and reasonably priced.

Very sturdy and makes the bass sound much better over all a very nice box

These are of good quality but I suggest you unpackage them and let them sit out for a week or two or your entire car will smell like whatever glue it is they use.

This is a great little box doesn't take up much room sounds awesome also

I put one power acoustic 12 sub in it, with a 2,500 watt mono block amp which is only rated at 650 watts RMS at 2ohms, it knocks so hard for one 12

Looks good but the description said it was 3/4 inch thick its not its just a mm or 2 over half inch thick,port walls are les than 1/2 inch thick

Sounds great, put a 12" Kenwood in it and it hit pretty hard, I would definitely recommend it and buy it again.

The box is pretty good the only problem is ...is advertised has ported but is not is bandpass. Also is no to big on cubic foot so be careful on the size of the sub you put there.
