They are AFS fuses, I own one and the block is handy because of the 2 fuses terminals. You can also fuse up 2 different load on the block to enable multiple amps which may require different fuses. The quality however is not the finest and I honestly feel that Walmart has better quality fuse blocks in comparison to this one.
