Yes, but it doesn't have provisions for your traction control rear defrost and fog light switches. I have a '04 dash in my latest '98 currently, and have used this bezel on 6 different mustangs. 2002 GT, 2000 GT, 1996 GT, 1998 GT X3. On the 2002 I had to relocate the switches.
