Mine started acting up less then 24 hours after I got it installed. I went back and they had to trouble shoot why the screen was flipping, going fuzzy and would lose all color and go to black and white picture only.

First I would recheck all you connections. Then I would check to see if your radio has a manual way to turn on the camera. If you do, and it works. You need a 12 volt power from let’s say your reverse lights for the camera to come on when you switch into reverse. If not, it might be faulty. I recommend taking it to the radio installation guys. It’s really not expensive.
