If the Geek Squad Autotechs installed the unit and you still have your yellow paperwork from the installation invoice they offer a lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. the tech either cut the loop wire or forgot to cut it. it should be an easy fix. give your local store a call!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the blue loop was cut by the camera. Take it back and have them reconnect it. There is also sometimes an option on the radio to reverse the image that may have been turned on accidentally. Check in the setup options for the backup camera. It might save you a trip to the store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the camera was upside down, the image would also be upside down. Most aftermarket cameras have a loop i the cable near the camera that either needs to be cut or connected (this varies by brand) to reverse the image. There is also usually a loop that keeps are deletes parking lines if the camera has its own. Most radios have adjustable lines so this should probably be deleted on the camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what happened to cause this problem. Mine does not do that. I'd take it back and ask them to fix the problem. Maybe a re-install?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should be a flip image setting within your head unit to fix this
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like it was installed upside down. I sat in the car a gave verbal directions to the installer to get the camara view the way I wanted it. If you're handy with simple tools, this should be an easy fix.
