I put it on myself not sure didn't even ask about them installing it. It is very easy to put on took me about 15 or 20 minutes start to finish.

Long answer: No its not. I got free installation for a Sony stereo from best buy, but back up cam install is separate. I guess depends on the best buy employee but policy is to pay 129 for back up installation. I declined. The guy i got just hooked it up for me in the back of the stereo as a courtesy but i had to run the wire to the trunk myself and connect the power and ground. Maybe do what you can and ask for help if you cant do the splicing of the wires (through a local car stereo store if they wont charge much or something). Thats what i did and the small business stereo guy charged me 30 bucks to do the wiring in the trunk only. He was friends with my grandfather so i might have payed less than normal. I was going to do it myself with the help of youtube but my dad told me not to and just ask for help first. It worked out.
