Will this work on a 2003 Toyota Tundra null

This is a generic harness that should work on most Toyotas. I installed it on a 1988 Toyota pick-up. You do not really need a wiring harness if you have the wiring diagram and a harness that comes with the new radio. Some aftermarket radios do not come with a harness, most do. Check.
