Two things, first make sure the speakers and the same size otherwise you might have to do some custom work for them to fit. Secondly, make sure that they’re the same type of tweeters (if original one has that foam around speaker for the movement). If not and it’s a fixed tweeter, you’re going to need so bass blockers so you don’t blow up whatever new tweeters you eventually settle with. In terms of the wiring harness, just open them up and take a look, I know plenty stock tweeters don’t use this kind of harness but would if it’s doors and trunk speakers.
