• This is designed for Nissan vehicles to bypass the factory blue tooth. It will not work for a Honda. To retain steering controls you will need a Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Adapter. I do not know if they make a Blue tooth bypass for a Honda. Try going to the Honda Element Forum and asking there.
