Whatever you do, don't buy from scalpers, if you do then you are part of the problem.

I'd say hold tight. It seems like Nintendo somehow didn't understand the demand for this, and thought they had enough stock. Now that it's sold out, I suspect they'll realize people actually want it and make more. Don't buy it from a scalper, either wait or buy it digitally. This isn't inherently a limited release like Mario 3D All Stars, and it will likely be reprinted soon.

Nintendo released a statement saying they are making more copies of the game to send to retail stores soon. Please don't buy from scalpers.

It is still available at Playasia, but only the Japan and Europe region editions. I think both of them have English.

Unfortunately is sold out to scalpers all over ebay.
