Can't imagine why you couldn't. Being an Android phone you will be able to download the Mevo camera app from the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, you will then be prompted to connect your Mevo to either your mobile hotspot or wifi connection via the app. Then you will be able to control the camera with the app once connected.
