• A:Answer Hi Dani, Here are a few tips on how to use the Microsmooth microdermabrasion kit. How to Use Your Sonicsmooth Blade and Microsmooth Tips for Best Results: -Start with Dermaplaning: Begin with your regular Sonicsmooth dermaplaning treatment to remove peach fuzz and dead skin. -Allow Skin to Rest: Wait a couple of days to let your skin recover and settle before moving to the next step. -Use the Microsmooth Tips: Start with the Coarse Tip (gold) to gently exfoliate and remove dull, dead skin cells. Follow up with the Fine Tip (silver) for a smooth, polished finish. Tip: The tops of the tips are labeled, but if they’re hard to see, just remember: gold = coarse, silver = fine. Q: QuestionI tried the Sonicsmooth today and it did not remove any hair. It felt like it was scraping my skin, but no hair was removed at all. I think maybe the blade is not on right, but I followed the instructions, so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

• A:Answer Hi there! That is a Microsmooth tip, it is used for microdermabrasion treatments that you can do to maintain your exfoliation treatments in other ways besides hair removal. These are reuseable and should be sanitized between treatments. Q: QuestionIs it difficult to change the razor head? I had one of these that was a different brand but more expensive, and the razor head was so hard to get off I ended up with a very deep gash on my thumb. Also, how often does it have to be changed? Thank you.
