“I just received my Xbox gift cards in the mail. Went to use them and got a message stating they are inactive. How do I get the activated. I did receive a verification code, and am not sure how to use it. HELP PLEASE”

• The Internet address to activate is on the back of the card. Also scratch off for code to enter when contacting Internet address. Like a Loto ticket

• Their should be a place on the screen that asks for a verification code. If not call the number on the back and they with activate the card.
