“can I use one account on my multiple computers and tablets and smartphones?”

I am still trying to get the software loaded to my new pc. Best Buy wasn’t able to finish loading it. I tried myself and got an error code. Spent almost an hour on the phone with support and gave up. Heading back to Best Buy today to see if they can finish the install. Would not buy the professional version again but to answer your question, yes, the professional version is able to be loaded on up to 5 devices whereas the home version is only good for 1 device

Yes, you can. For each computer after the first you will install Office 365 Business Premium by logging into your Office account and then navigating to your subscriptions and installing it from there.
