Terrible experience. 1 - had to buy a laptop - asked if the laptop came with any software "perks" I was told that they did not think so (well it did - I could've gotten Personal for $99.99/year that included PPT instead of buying business. 2 - I had to have powerpoint so I was stuck purchasing this instore 3 - I've tried to activate it and it doesn't work, states that my product key is invalid. This should really be plug and play at this point. 4 - I'm so frustrated and annoyed with all of this and don't even know who I should call for help, It's not returnable so apparently, I'm just screwed out of money since the product key won't work and it's not the software package I want anyway.

After debating about staying with Home / Student version, I switched. There is many extras on 365 - but I reaally didn't need them. The One drive and cloud based is ok. However, I had immediate problems with running anything off my desktop, Files wouldn't open. Could not save. All permission issues that I'm battling for the 2nd time now. Microsoft support was good in the sense of wanting to solve, but wanted to blame it on apple. Apple support blamed 3rd party. After many days and too many hours on the phone, we decided to wipe the computer and back up to pre Sonoma OS. It actually worked!! Just recently after never wanting to update the OS - somehow maybe something slipped thru and it started again. I spent 3.5 hours 1 night on the phone with MS support. Anothert hour the next day with Apple. ITs been a week now and cannot do anything other than view or edit strictly on the 1 drive, I cannot email any files. Hopiing to get to the apple store tomorrow to se if a genius can come up with anything other than wiping and restoring.

I had to get this because I purchased a new computer. I had to get Microsoft Business pro because the other versions don't support Access. Which we have as a movie data base. It was a bit pricier, but what are you going to do. I can't give it 5 stars when I didn't need the business version. I think Microsoft should have more and better options.

I had the software and it worked fine Renewal came up and it was horrible. Can't talk to a human unless you stalk Bill Gates. AI hung up on me. Then recognized my ph and wouldn't talk to me. Microsoft service is non existant. I went to the local BB store. A young man with far better skills than I managed to fix the problem, and it gave him a run for the money.

This is an honest review. When I attempted to download the key code from the Business Standard card to my laptop a message indicated that a different email than my was connected to the product. I had to do a return and get help from the Geek techs. However, they were very professional and very helpful. I do enjoy using Business Stand for my for business.

Outlook has has quit working twice so I'm not too happy with that part of the program.

The 365 business standard is pretty good. I am used to getting the regular version but I was informed that it is beneficial to get the 365 instead because I would be update with latest version of Microsoft word. The business version has a lot of features. I love it.

I bought Microsoft 365 Business because I was told, by the salespeople at Best Buy, that the Business edition of 365 included the replacement for Publisher. I have come to find that is not so. To utilize any of my existing .pub files, I have to resort to non-Microsoft ware. It is not going to be easy. I am very disappointed that Microsoft has left previous Publisher work for the trash heap!

Love this version of Office. Has all the essentials and others that look worth exploring. Terabyte of backup storage is going to be plenty and don't have to remember to backup since it is automatically done as you go.

Set up was straight forward, easy to follow instructions and I definitely feel that my money was well speant. The product serves its functional allowing my business needs to be met.

Oops I bought this by mistake. Bought it for home, but it was way too much and too complicated. I don’t need all that fortunately, the in-store sales people were able to correct my mistake and take care of business. I bought it because it has everything I wanted, but it’s set up for business and this is just for my own personal computer.
