    Good product but difficult to get help with setting up. I recommend because it’s really all there is for a PC. Wish Mac were more universal with business environment

    Digital download code doesn’t work. Spent 2 hours getting passed around customer service. Ironically it’s the wrong software version that I need to return but it can’t be done until it’s been activated. Ridiculous

    This was great purchase! It was a gift and for reason the person can't install it there's no product code. And no one can give us on. This is going to be great when we're able to use it.

    Extremely troublesome activation. My activation code was taken by somebody in Brasil. Took me several days and numerous hours on the phone to straighten thing out. Product is OK though.

    computer is fine getting microsoft 365 installed was a joke (not a funny one) on the phone or chat box with geeks for over 15 hours with no result (this was with out sources people) finally I went to the Brentwood Store in missouri and those geeks got the job done thank god for local geeks.
