Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think you'd have to connect with the seller of the product you purchased to see if you can get a duplicate activation code. They will look at your account I would think to see if you have used it at all. I don't know what email account you have/use, but I would go into my "Old" mail and perform a search with perhaps MS Office 365, that may be the easiest way to get your original product code and offer for purchasing the product.
