“What is the difference between the "Physical" and "Digital" for Office 365. I would like to take advantage of Total Tech Support discount for "Physical" but I don't want to purchase any additional accessories to support the "Physical" version.”

The difference is how the product key is delivered. Physical will result in the product key being sent to you in the mail, whereas Digital means the product key will be provided to you digitally.
