“I’m looking to find a high quality (relatively) silent mouse to use while recording. Is this mouse silent or does it make a distinct, audible “click” Sound when “clicking”?”

• there is a slight audible click with the L/R buttons, albeit much less than a traditional mouse. But there is a sound. Although there is some interesting options you can assign to the middle tap and the "button press" is silent. Hope that helps

• It makes a lot of noise when you are using the pretend roller ball.

• This mouse is definitely not silent. You can hear it while scrolling
