Best Buy likely isn't going to answer that question. It's getting extremely tiresome with nearly every product immediately out of stock due to limited supply and scalpers. Microsoft and retailers like BB are at least partly to blame for not coming up with a better order/pre-order system that avoids/negates bots/scalpers. Good luck.
