A:AnswerThank you for your question! This controller uses two AA batteries (included), however you may also use a rechargeable battery pack designed for use with Xbox Series X/S controllers such as the Xbox Rechargeable Battery and USB-C Cable for Xbox Series X/S. A rechargeable battery pack designed for Xbox One controllers may also be used, however you will need to get a standard USB-C cable since this controller is not compatible with micro-USB.

A:AnswerBest Buy likely isn't going to answer that question. It's getting extremely tiresome with nearly every product immediately out of stock due to limited supply and scalpers. Microsoft and retailers like BB are at least partly to blame for not coming up with a better order/pre-order system that avoids/negates bots/scalpers. Good luck.
A:AnswerI think the controller is out of pre orders. Because the 20th anniversary headset is up for pre order right now. And the controller says coming soon just like the halo xbox console. And we all know that's out of pre orders. Just an observation
A:AnswerBoth prior responses completely missed the point.
1) The current situation is NOTHING like prior console shortages. Not even close.
2) Retailers and manufacturers ARE to blame for not coming up with better ordering systems designed to thwart scalpers using bots to snag up most stock instantly (& then jacking up prices on after market sales sites to 2-3 times or more MSRP). This wouldn’t even be that hard but they simply don’t care because they sell thru their stock and make their profit quicker while the consumer gets bent over.
